CineJessy – More Than 25 Years of Stories That Continue to Live On

To witness the birth of a film is to witness the birth of a new star — a moment when light is born, illuminating the screen and forever imprinting itself on the audience’s memory.

For more than a quarter of a century, we’ve been searching for faces, charisma, and authenticity — the very qualities that transform the written word of a script into genuine human stories.

Our journey began with a passion for cinema, and that same passion continues to drive us today. We’ve contributed to historical epics, action films, television series, and thousands of commercials that have turned everyday moments into something unforgettable. This is our school, our legacy, and our inspiration.

Richard Kardhordo, founder of the Bratislava branch, brought to CineJessy his experience as an assistant director and casting director, his encounters with some of the great names of world cinema, and his remarkable ability to find that unique “something” that makes a character truly unforgettable.

Jessika Horváthová, who co-founded the Prague agency, opened the doors to collaborations with Steven Spielberg, Sean Connery, Colin Farrell, Bruce Willis, the Taviani brothers, and the legendary producer Raffaella De Laurentiis.

CineJessy is more than a casting studio. It’s a space where past meets future, experience meets courage, and professionalism meets passion. We believe that every project is more than just a film or a commercial — it’s a message, a reflection of our time. And for 25 years, we’ve been proud to stand at its very beginning.

Of course. Participation in any project is entirely voluntary. If something doesn’t suit you, you can simply decline without any consequences.
No, it’s not necessary. You can work directly with us. However, if you already have an agent, we’ll coordinate the process together with them.
We collaborate on commercials, films, TV series, music videos, and international productions. Each project has different requirements – that’s why we look for a wide variety of people.

Your photos should be current, clear, and unedited (no filters). Ideally, include front and side shots of your face and a full-body photo. Wear simple clothes, use a neutral background, and natural daylight.

Do not send holiday pictures or selfies – they look unprofessional and can distort your appearance.

Your presentation video should last 30–40 seconds, be filmed horizontally, and in good lighting. Don’t introduce yourself by name – just mention your year of birth, say a few sentences about yourself, and show your natural personality. It’s not about acting; the goal is to help the production imagine you in different roles.
